General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sinus infection related dizziness and balance issue should respond within 5-7 days of initiation of precise antibiotics as augmentin in your case. Apart from infection, alteration in the fine fluid level homeostasis involving cochlea and inner ear vestibule may be a major concern for dizziness and imbalance matter. An MRI is of must to be evaluated for the final diagnosis and further cure according to the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
