What Causes Difficulty In Bowel Movement?

i am having problems opening my bowels up, the last time i had this problems was nearly months ago, i was admitted into hospital for a week in alot of pain they was doing tests but couldn t get to the root of the problem an i am experiencing the same problem again an just wandering if it could be caused by an old injury when i was younger?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Difficulty in opening up bowels suggests constipation.
Dietary changes can help to an extent in improving the bowel movement.
Increase the intake of fluids, increase fiber rich foods and avoid refined food items in diet.
In case the constipation is severe, stool softeners can be used.
Consult a gastroenterologist for the problem.
