hai,
swimming is a good exercise.
as you are swimming for one month you have noticed it for two times breathing difficulty and if rest of the days you feel okay with your breathing mean there is no much problem anything serious.

If you are an asthmatic than difficulty in breathing occur because of the abnormality in lung condition and also in cardio vascular (heart) disease.
at times wrong technique will also make you breath difficult.

kindly get a opinion with your trainer of your swimming technique.

if you feel difficulty in breathing every time after swimming then consult a proper pulmonologist to rule out the cause.

thank you
hope i answered your query.
