What Causes Difficulty In Breathing After Mild Exertion?
I have episodes of cant breath after little exertion doesn t happen all the time but several times a day, my doc gave me an inhaler to see if it helps which it does, but my heart races really fast despite taking 10mg bisoprolol daily, I don t smoke, no history of asthma, recently been diagnosed with fiibromyalgia and possibly an autoimmune disease as positive Ana in blood
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. In my opinion, you should consult doctor and rule out Pulmonary and heart diseases because you are having positive ANA (anti nutrophilic antibodies) and having breathlessness only exertion. So possibility of pulmonary diseases like Pulmonary hypertension, lung fibrosis, bronchitis are more. Heart diseases like pericarditis, coronary artery disease etc are likely in your case. So get done ecg, 2d echo, CT thorax, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) and coronary angiography if required. So first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
