What Causes Difficulty In Breathing After Taking Ciplactin?
Morning doctor i am struggling to eat so my doctor prescribe the cipla-actin tablets i use this pills only when my appetite is gone i have been using them for years but last week i took half of it after 2 hours my chest was becoming tight i couldn t breath should i continue using them or maybe something else thank you doctor.
Ciplactin is a first generation antihistamine. Since you do not have a good appetite, you should have LFT, liver function tests along with CBC, Urinalysis, ECG, Lipid profile, Stress test done. Visit ER, get physically examined.
Inform your treating doctor with the symptoms you are developing so that the medication can be stopped & replace by another that suits you better.
Ciplactin is contraindicated in case of liver impairments or liver dysfunction. You should not take Ciplactin if you are having symptoms of Asthma or Angina.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected & its severity. You can take PPI's, Pantoprazole for relieve.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
