What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Along With Hot Flushes And Nausea?

Start feeling very hot in cheeks and then feel as though cannot breathe. Start to panic. Struggle to breathe and then violently sick although not initially feeling nauseous. After sickness and breathing returns to normal feel very tired but terrible stomach pains for 3 to 4 hours. Feel okay day after. Happened now on two occasions within 4 weeks

It seems like you suffer from panic attacks. I suggest you to avoid caffeine, exercise, be active and surround with positive people. If you don't feel better consult with psychologist.
