What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Body Tremors?

I had a panic attack 2 days ago and I must have fallen over or tripped up because I knocked myself out and regained consciousness about an hour later. I had no idea what had happened, I just remember going outside to breathe because I was panicking and the next moment I woke up covered in vomit and very dizzy. It s been two days but I don t know what symptoms I can give as a sign of a head injury because I have many mental health problems so I don t know what has been caused by the incident. I m having difficulty breathing every now and then and everything seems very foggy. I feel as if I m shaking all the time but in reality I m not. I don t know if it s serious enough to need to ask for help?

I went through your details. Panic attack could trigger vomiting. But in your case, syncope followed. Panic attack are seldom accompanied with syncope. You need to talk to your psychiatrist regarding this. I strongly suspect the whole episode was due to some stomach uneasiness, which triggered panic attack as well as vomiting and syncope. Your physician will be able to throw some light on this.
