What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Muscle Pain Around The Neck?

Hello doctor my name is Robert , i have had a problem of difficulty in breathing, ear itching, muscles pains around the neck and general body weakness. this has taken over two years after taking all medical check ups. usually the head pains me on the top. i have no mucus in the nose but i feel not to breath well. what could be the problem? Thanks.

We have to rule out possible causes like cervical spondylitis.
Consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan for further assessment.
