What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Muscle Pain?

Hi doctor,I m 28 female.i was having breathing difficulty for last 6-7 yrs.from last 10 days I was having fever,joint and muscle pain.doc first gave me antibiotics.after few days I noticed that I have developed two lumps in my left side of neck.which was according to doc,swelling in lymph nodes due to infection.After going through x-ray and multiple blood test,m told to have symptoms of TB,which is now cured.my ESR level is 63.and lymph nodes swelling is still there.(I don t have cough right now) She prescribed me moxclav 625 mg for 7 days.and paracetamol,deriphyllin r-300, and becosules z for 15 days... M I going the right way..Plz suggest. Should I consult a specialist..And what are the chances my husband catches infection from me ? Plz reply

If one has confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis, then treatment is usually with with four or five anti TB drugs given over a period of 5 to 6 months. Then the condition is most often cured.
High ESR (83 mm) signifies that you have a chronic active disease (not any specific one). From the given information it is not clear whether you have taken full and proper treatment for curing TB.
Taking Amoxy-Clav 625 mg (to be taken 3 times a day ) for 7 days is only for acute infection like acute tonsillitis, acute exacerbation of bronchitis or pneumonitis etc. Since the information on anti tubercular treatment is not clear, it is difficult give a specific opinion. Thanks.
