What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Puffiness In The Left Eye?

Good afternoon, I ve had a hard time breathing before falling asleep the last 2 days. I would breathe, but not feel like I have an air. During the day, I find myself concentrating to breathe (reminding myself to breathe) when there is something stressful going on. I don t intentionally hold my breath this way. At the same time, 2 days ago, I developed a puffy left eye. It s not noticeable, just a little swollen, and I feel a slight pain when I blink. Are these both connected to allergies?
