What Causes Difficulty In Breathing, Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath?
I have been havong difficulty breathing at times chest pain, shortness of breath, painful intercourse, greenish vaginal discharge, painful urnation, and itching and burning in my genitals. what should i do? i have already went to see a doctor and they said nothing was wrong.
The urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted illness should be ruled out according to mentioned history. I suggest you investigate with complete urine analysis report to check for the causative organism and accordingly antibiotic.
You have dyspnea as well chest pain for which you can investigate with chest X-ray to rule out lung infection if present. You pelvis ultrasonography is also advisable for further workup. You can revert back with reports once done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
