What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Deep After Smoking?

I smoked for 3 months, and stopped because I suddenly couldnt breath deep anymoreI stopped smoking 2 weeks after that happened. 3 months later, I still can not breath deep satisfying breaths and I fear I have damadged something, I had a chest xray, and that came back clear. My other sypmtons is that I keep getting sick, I also had a blood test, and that showed that I am low in white cells, and that I was Iron defitient. What other tests can I take to find out why I am constantly out of breath?

Hello there,
Whenever you smoke there is some damage to the alveoli(Air pockets) in your lungs which prevents them from opening up fully. If you have quit smoking then it is a good start. You can have a teaspoon of AMBRODIL syrup twice a day for 1 week. This will help you clear out any excess mucus in your lungs and help you fill out your lungs more.
Secondly if you are iron deficient then have iron tablets along with a diet rich in protein. In 2-3 months you would have better blood count and you would not tire that easily.
I would be happy to address any further queries that you have,
