General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with difficulty in breathing especially in the night long after having allergy to pollen grains I am suggesting that you have developed an atopic ashma triggered by cold weather in the night or inhaled dusty air

In view of this please take any of the following ventolin prednisone salbutamol inhaler aminophyline
Also stay away from smoked cold dusty environment

If no improvement schedule an appointment with a pulmonologist for expert management

I hope this helps helps Regards
