General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Your symptoms suggest allergic cough. The allergy in summer can be either pollens or dust. You should avoid exposure to allergens. Tab. Allegra at bed time would help to combat allergy in season. An allergy screening test would help in finding allergy. Desensitization treatment can help for permanent cure. Consult an allergy specialist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
