What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Through Nose After Vomiting?

I vomited and now I can t breathe through my nose. I m not sure if I vomited through my nose. I started to feel ill after I ate a snack. It had 3 kinds of cheese, some Cajun sausage, rice crackers, a thin, small slice of lamb and procisutto. I ve been has slight issues with cheese lately...

It is possible that some of the vomit did come out through your nose, these passages are connected so this is a common occurrence.

This would cause inflammation of the nasal passages but this would improve.

You may want to consider the use of a decongestant if it is very bothersome.Decongestants may be oral or topical but would be available over the counter.

If it is painful using an anti inflammatory pain medication would also be helpful.
