What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

ok my aunt is havin problems withher breathin and not enough oxygen i check her oxygen levels one min it says 98 %then i check it again bouts an hour and half it reads 77% it has been goin for days she jerks and goes out of it sorry i cant pay for this

If her oxygen levels have been dipping to 77% or similar levels, she needs to be seen.
This is too low and low oxygen levels would mean decreased oxygen to the brain and other vital organs

This would affect their (the organs) ability to function.

She should see her pulmonologist for assessment.
