General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are some advice that can be followed to avoid burping.
Eat and drink slowly.
Taking your time can help you swallow less air.
Avoid carbonated drinks and beer.
Skip the gum and hard candy.
Don't smoke.
Check your dentures.
Get moving.
Treat heartburn with antacids such as Maalox.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
