What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving And Delay In Menstruation?

So I m turning 22 in a month I haven t had my period and I have had any development in breast I ve taken chromosome test and test for turners syndrome the test came back negative I ve had ultrasounds done and still my GYN does not know what s wrong I ve Been tested for cancers but my test have all came back negative at this point I m ready to just take some estrogen pills or birth control but I am not able to conceive what do I do?

Hi, I think you should do some blood tests like thyroid profile, prolactin level, FSH, OH and growth hormone level. It will tell you the main cause of amenorrhea whether it is treatable by medicines or not. On ultrasound, you have to see if there is presence of ovaries and uterus or not. So, all these reports need to be checked before starting treatment. If you have normal ovaries and uterus, you can conceive.
