Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Do a Work out the length of your average menstrual cycle. Day one is the first day of the menstrual period and the last day is the day before the next period begins. Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14.So make a calender chart to know your ovulation day.
2)Check your twinge of pain or a series of cramps in your lower abdominal area (usually localized to one side — the side you're ovulating from). Called mittelschmerz. It comes of ovulation day.
3)Check your body temperature from day 1 to day 1 of next period. In first half of your cycle temp decreases and after ovulation it increases maximum 1/2-1 degree only to keep the ovum.so try to pin point this day which you can realise only.
4)check your cervix with a surgical gloves to see softness and minor dilation ,if you practice it then you can easily point out it .
5)check cervical mucus during ovulation ,the discharge will be purely liquid white of egg. After ovulation and before ovulation it is thick in nature.
Do check all these easy steps what i told and do sex during this time only.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
