What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving In Spite Of Taking Siphene And Susten?

Hello..iam mother of 4 year old kid and planning for second pregnancy.i get regular periods i.e.28 days of cycle. My last menstrual cycle was on aug 10 and after my completed period I was on medication taking siphene and susten as per doctor s prescription. Now this month i got my periods.. Why so after taking the tablets i did not miss my period?

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy is natural and physiological phenomenon may not needs any treatment but it depends upon presence of sperm and ovum at the time of coitus, if these are not there then conception is not possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
