General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Difficulty with conception is common.

After a year, infertility is diagnosed.
At this time, you and your partner would need to consider investigations to determine the likely cause.

The cause may be female related, male related , a combination or not found.

To determine the cause, your partner would need a semen analysis and you would need blood tests and imaging to take a look at the ovaries, uterus and tubes.

Your doctor can start the investigations or you can visit a specialist for help.

I hope this helps
