What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving?
Dear Sir , I am 32 years old married men. We are trying to be parents from last five years. but no result. We taken treatment from best doctors from ambala ,karnal ,chandigarh also. but no result. and as discussed with all doctors all reports of mine and my wife are ok. but zero result. Sir/mam few month ago we taken the IUI step two time but same result. please suggest what we do now

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, in vitro is likely to work if you can get eggs and sperm. You might try a simple vitamin supplement. Regular fresh yeast cakes is one of the more reliable since it is both the basis of most vitamin pills and if it works as yeast it must be reliably made.
