Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In case of regular 29 days menstrual cycles, you can expect ovulation around 14th to 16th day. So, you have to plan unprotected intercourse around that time which will increase the possibility of pregnancy. If you tried already this, better to consult your gynecologist once get examined and undergo ultrasound once. After that if everything is normal, you can take tablets for ovulation induction and follow ovulation with follicular study. When ovarian follicle reaches around 2 cms size, you can take beta HCG injection with your doctor's advice. And plan unprotected intercourse around 24 to 36 hours after injection. With this workup your chances of conception will increase. If any problem is noticed either in examination or ultrasound like low ovarian reserve, PCOS etc, you need to take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
