What Causes Difficulty In Ejaculating During Intercourse?
i am 61 and for the last 4 yrs or so I have had trouble cumming during sex but can get off when masterbating but it take a good 20 minutes or so I am of good size and I get hard easily and can last 30 plus mins and feel like I am ready but just cant finish I am just alittle worried Iam starting a new relationship and I am nervious and I want to be able to cum I did notice it was worse when I had any alcohol even 2 drinks
