What Causes Difficulty In Ejaculating?

I m a young male. I regularly mastubate once a week or so. But over the past few months I ve been struggling to ejaculate, nothing arouses me except for physical touch from my girlfriend. I haven t ejaculated in over a month and a half despite many countless efforts to and it s causing me serious pain. This pain has led me to become sleep deprived.

Hi,

You may have more of a psychological problem, since you got no such problems when you have physical contact with your girlfriend.Arousal till maximum level at time without your partner may be difficult. As for the pain, it may have been triggered by repeated effort to ejaculate (masturbation) as abstinence/no ejaculation are not known to cause such pains.

I will suggest you just try to take off ejaculating off your mind and avoid over masturbation till you meet your girlfriend. You do not have any problem. If it were a problem, sustaining an erection would have been another complaint.
