Why arent I able to ejaculate?
im sixteen and im going to be 17 in 5 months(october) and I dont ejaculate. When I have my orgasm very rarely I ejaculate and if I do only a little drop like seeps out and then if I do it doesnt really ejaculate it like seeps out and its still a little bit but it doesnt SHOOT OUT. What helps produce semen but NO medication things like foods and and drinks and stuff?

For some people ejaculation may be delayed. May be around 16 or 17. In your case, you could consult a doctor in person and know more about retrograde ejaculation.
