What Causes Difficulty In Erection And Pain In Penis?

Hi, This is CD. I am 33 yrs old. For last one year i am seeing that i am not getting spontaneous erections, I used to masturbate at least twice daily till i was 31-32 years old. I also feel a bit of pain in my dorsal nerve in my penis. I am taking high BP medicine for last 7 years now. Please advice if there is anything wrong with me

Don't worry too much. Spontaneous erection is necessary or a must. Just see whether you get erections and are able to perform sexual intercourse.
