LH kit can be used to detect ovulation If still you don t conceive than USG pelvis done first to rule out any organic cause esp ovarian problem if present.. Than further work up done for not conceiving by... -endometrial biopsy -semen analysis of husband -Serum TSH, LH, testosterone, prolactin -diagnostic hysteroscopy -Chest x ray -CBC and HB estimation etc...
