Hello, Im kind of embarrassed to even ask this question. Thanks for the opportunity because I feel weird. Unfortunately, I am having problems releasing an orgasm or shall I speak in lower terms busting a nutt .. I have never did this and friends say I should be. What could be the problem? General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
Well, many of them have this complaint of not experiencing orgasm. It is very common problem not told by many in open. I appreciate you asked about it.
It is more of psychological and physical feeling which you need to get involved while you have sex. It doesn't occur just by mere physical contact.
To achieve this, you can spend more time in foreplay and also use some water based lubricants or moisturisers to achieve more pleasure. Over a period of time, you start getting good orgasms. Be confident.
Hope the things described is clear for you.
Enjoy and best wishes.
