What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant Despite A Normal Follicular Study?

Hi iam 24 years old and iam trying for baby ,taking treatment past 4 months and my doctor suggested me a follicular study last month after completed 4 scan , she said there is no follicles growth and I got period on Feb 6 .... after few days again started a follicular study,1st scan on 9th day itself got follicles growth and ruptured after two days,she told me to be in contact for 2days before rupture and 1week after ruptured.. one week got over and before 3days I was suffering a mild stomachache day before yesterday I consult a doctor,she took a scan and said nothing happened don't worry and take a rest don't strain.....but today I got my period.... my date is around 6 ...iam really worried and confused..why it happens and what is the mistake i did???? Please help
