What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?

good morning, sir, earier i was pregnent and a baby was delivered, but due to premature birth baby died. Now I am trying since 6 month but can not be pregenent. I have done ultrasound, From ultrasound it came to know that follicles are not growing.

if follicles are not growing may be there is no ovulation, try checking for ovualtion is occuring or not
