What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?

I am 45 and trying to get pregnant . My FSH levels are surprisingly good at 6.5. My ultrasound showed small fibroids close to the tubes. My doctor said, it might make it harder to get pregnant. Also, there was bit of fat in one kidney. My husband is getting info on getting a vasectomy reversal and he has to do a bunch of tests and ultrasound. Should I be concerned?

Hi, I think you can go for a HSG to see the tubal patency. If it is obstructed by fibroid, you may need a surgery to remove the fibroids. Otherwise you have to undergo an IVF.
