What Causes Difficulty In Knee Bending After Falling Down?

Last night at Roller Derby practice i fell on my knee with most of my weight. Now i cant straighten my knee all the way or bend it back. The only way i can walk is if i lock it in a slight bend and hobble. I'm going to the doctors today but i'd like to know a bit of information about what i may have done to it. Thanks much!
