What Causes Difficulty In Lifting Left Ankle And Toe?

I have been limping for a month or so thinking it was bad shoes. But now I realize my left ankle and toes no longer lift up. Down is fine and there is no pain. Even in mid air I try to lift my ankle and toes and not even a twitch up with mobility down. Can you help?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to arthritis. I recommend consulting with an orthopedist for a physical exam and performing an X-ray study of the foot and ankle joint.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
