What Causes Difficulty In Losing Weight Despite Taking Low Calorie Food?

I eat around 500-700 calories a day, and the once in a month or two, 1,000, and the average person eats... 2000? I eat more than half of that but I don t lose weight at all. I exercise 4-6 times a week & I have recently been going vegan but I seem to stay the same. It s been like this for a few months and I really want to lose weight, especially in the stomach and thigh areas. My stomach bloats easily too. In the morning it s slim and after breakfast, (depending on how much I eat) it still is but after lunch, I can guarentee that my stomach is 0.5x bigger even though I don t eat that much for lunch. Then it s the same pattern again. I d like to ask, why does my weight stay the same and why does my stomach bloat so easily?

Hello dear regarding your experience with gaining excess weight in spite of the nutritional control and exercise what you need to do is eat twice daily food free from fatty diets stop junk food regarding your bloating it is gas accumulation you can take gestid suspension
