I eat around 500-700 calories a day, and the once in a month or two, 1,000, and the average person eats... 2000? I eat more than half of that but I don t lose weight at all. I exercise 4-6 times a week & I have recently been going vegan but I seem to stay the same. It s been like this for a few months and I really want to lose weight, especially in the stomach and thigh areas. My stomach bloats easily too. In the morning it s slim and after breakfast, (depending on how much I eat) it still is but after lunch, I can guarentee that my stomach is 0.5x bigger even though I don t eat that much for lunch. Then it s the same pattern again. I d like to ask, why does my weight stay the same and why does my stomach bloat so easily?
