General Surgeon 's  Response
HellO,

As there is chronic dystonia problem and you are already on Botox injection therapy, a detail analysis of all possible issues have to be evaluated so far as the regain movement issue is concerned. In my clinic, I do recommend work up with:
- Blood test of antibodies against neuromuscular junction, nerve endings, acetylcholine or muscle fibers
- Genetic studies
- MRI cervical spine
- Electromyography and nerve conduction study

If any of the above reports are available with you to send as an attachment during follow up chat, it would serve great to deal with the issue understanding and guide accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
