What Causes Difficulty In Opening Eyes After Treatment For An Infection?

My brother has a really bad infection He went and received some bacteria antibiotics and eye creams But he is unable to open his eyes were worried how much longer should we wait to go back? They did tell him he could have lost his eye sight but he is really stubborn.it started on one eye an didn t decide to get checked until he couldn t open both eyes.

INFECTION IS NOT YET CONTROLLED.ANTIBIOTIC MAY BE CHANGED. ALONG WITH IT ANALGESIC INFLAMMATORY MAY BE TAKEN. SUGEST OFLACIN.3% AND COMBIFLAM TABLET AFTER FOOD TWO TIMES DAILY.
