What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool And Bleeding?

Hi sir!! I had difficulties in passing stools and bleeding occurred while passing stool at the past. And therefore I undergone anal fissure surgery some 6 months back. But even now am having the same problem. Not bleeding but difficulty in passing stools. What do I do?
