Hi,

Low-fibre diets and insufficient water intake are common causes of constipation. While most otherwise healthy people will occasionally experience constipation, certain diseases or conditions can also cause it, such as bowel obstructions due to a tumour or benign growth. Irritable bowel syndrome.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
