sir,i am a petiant of brain tumor (petruatary gland ). i feel some problem in urination means i am not able to pass my urin with forcefully or normal way urin passes slowely and not continously my pains suffer from erectile disfaction from 6 months

it-can be pituitary hormone imbalance and all problem can be related to it. consult urologist and get urine tested to exclude urethral stricture or hyper platia prostate should be excluded. erectile dysfunction can be psychological disorder and for that consult clinical psychologist.
