What Causes Difficulty In Passing Urine With A Sensation Of Bladder Fullness?

I am 38 years old. I am having difficulties in passing urine. I feel like in my bladder there is urine stored in it but i am having diffulties un oassing it out when I go to toilet just a few drops comeout. I did a sugar blood test and came out negative, also I am not diabetic nor have hypertension. I feel like the fluid is passing or storing in my whole body and my stomach will be burning or having inflammation inside me During the day time I hardly feel it usually in the night. i do feel it. I have start excersing. Likewise I don t have any symptoms of postrate enlargement. The only symptom I am having is just feeling like urine store in my bladder and having difficuties in passing it out.
