What Causes Difficulty In Passing Urine?
Hi there, been having an issue when I urinate I seem to have a good flow then it feels like I become blocked and and when I do keep pushing to finish little dribbles of semen come out!!! Also when this happens after becoming blocked I have a burning sensation the next time I need to pee

Hello,
I think you should get further evaluated doing a complete urine test and an uroculture. You may also need to do an ultrasound of prostate to check for possible prostate hypertrophy which may be causing the symptoms you are referring.
