What Causes Difficulty In Penetrating During Intercourse?

I am 23 years old. I was married a year ago and it still hurts for me to have sex. When he tries to enter its still a little difficult he says there's a great deal of pressure/tightness. For me its painful like it still tares and sometimes even after he has entered it burns. The pain I feel when he enters goes away quickly but the burn lasts a while. Also I still bleed a little (a spot or two) after and I feel bruised for several hours.
