Hello ma'am and welcome.

It would be wise to visit a doctor for a physical examination and an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. The effects pregnancy can at times have on a womans body are indeed undesirable, and one such effect can be a prolapsed bladder or bladder incontinence. This is a simp and easily treatable problem, so please do report to your doctor for further management.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
