Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
Difficulty in rising from chair and slow movements can be an indication of Parkinson's disease. It is neurological disease generally affecting people in this age causing muscle
stiffness.
This diagnosis becomes more established if you have following-
-Tremors in hands especially at rest
-Imbalance while walking
-Mood or sleep problems
If these symptoms are present, you need to visit a
neurologist.Clinical examination will be necessary to confirm the diagnosis.MRI brain may be done to rule out other cause.
Second possibility is that of pinched
nerve due to
sciatica causing back stifness and
sharp pain in right hip.
It too needs to be rule out by physical examination by orthopaedician and MRI spine.
It can be taken care of by analgesics like ibuprufen twice for couple of days.
Muscles stretching and strengthening exercises of back will help relieve the symptoms. You may consult physical therapist for that.
Hope I answered your query.
Feel free to ask if there are any more doubts.
