What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Breathing?

Please help my throat is seizing up its been like it for at least an hr now im finding it hard to swallow its very sore. I cant breath properly its very uncomfortable under my boobs and the pain goes right down the front i dont know what to do....my breathing is very fast and in trying to breath through it but it s so painful and uncomfortable im finding it hard. Its no better if i sit lay or stand. Its like it gettin worse.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here you are feeling soreness and difficulty in swallowing along with difficult breathing , so auscultation should be done first to rule out abnormal respiratory sound if heard ..like rhonchi ...

Than accordingly chest x ray and spirometry done if needed ...

If bronchitis present according to severity treatment guided with bronchodilator or short term steroid course ...

Steam inhalation will be useful....

Avoid irritant excess spicy and fried foods ...

If chest pain also included than EKG needs to be done to rule out cardiac cause

Advise : So it is good to consult physician or pulmonologist for auscultation and than accordingly management ...
