18 , 6 4 , 220 pounds , throat has been killing for 3 days now. whenever i swallow my throat and ears hurt a lot. i checked the back of my throat for puss and i saw a small patch of tiny white bumps only on one side of my throat. the other is just red

Hi,

Noted your history of throat pain for 3 days and pain in ears on swallowing.
The most probable cause of pain in throat while swallowing are as follows:
Granular pharyngitis.
Epiglottitis.
Any infective focus with inflammation.
The pain is caused during swallowing as all the muscles get contracted to push in the bolus of food or liquid thus causing the contact and pain.
The pain in ears is usually referred one if there is any inflammation in the throat.
I would advise you the following.
Start taking an anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Antiseptic gargles.
solids or liquids orally whichever cause less pain.
Consult your Doctor for clinical examination and give you a prescription for an antibiotic, symptomatic and supportive medicines.
You may also need tests of throat swab, tests of blood.
