What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Involuntary Regurgitation?

I ve just had severe swallowing problem ( a long time malady ); had to stick fingers in throat to force regurgitation several times. Have not been able to eat or drink since. I now regurgitate involuntarily thick foamy spittle. Throat/ esophagus hurts.

This sounds like possible hiatal hernia or esophagus obstruction as we see in esophageal spasms or zenker diverticulum. You need to do gastroscopy to rule this out and then appropriate treatment can be planned.
