Hi, I m 24 years old,and I have a difficulty in swallowing that lasts for about 4 months now. The pain is localised on the right side of my neck, between the submandibular gland and clavicula. My right tonsile, submandibular, cervical, preauricular and nuchal lymph nodes are swallen-only on the right side. My right sternocleidomastoid muscle is a lot bigger than the left one and it hurts.I also have otalgia (right ear). In the past,I had laryngeal oedema, but I felt better after I started to use antihistamines. I also have impacted teeth on my right side. I did the ultrasoud and didn t find anything exept reactive lymph nodes. Now I still can t figure out what couses the difficulty in swallowing so I need your help. Thank you very much for your answer (and sorry because of the long letter)
