What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Food And Fluids?

What type of dr do I need to check my swallowing, difficult w foods, fluids and even saliva at times, FYI I HAVE MS for 36 yrs, walk w cane, do well w MS - I did seek medical tx last fall when hornet got into pop can & stung the back of my throat, I quickly ate bread to get it to my gastric fluids to kill it but since then I ve had difficulty & it seems to be getting worse! Hope you can have an answer for me thx u very much!
